You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect each website and authorize ImprintSEO to access it.

  • Titles, outlines, briefs, instructions, and prompts
  • Drafts and published articles
  • Brand guidelines
  • Website descriptions

  • Images, links, and other uploaded materials

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and permitted by your organization.

Content may be transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence or language-model providers where necessary to provide generation, editing, analysis, or optimization features.

If you enable SEO monitoring or connect an analytics or search-performance service, we may collect:

  • Individuals seeking to exercise rights concerning information controlled by a customer should generally contact that customer first.

Where required, we may enter into a separate Data Processing Addendum with customers.

6. Artificial Intelligence Providers

Some Service features may rely on third-party artificial intelligence providers.

When you use these features:

  • Prompts, content, instructions, and related technical information may be transmitted to an AI provider.
  • The provider may process that information according to our agreement with it and its applicable policies.
  • AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, misleading, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
  • You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or relying on it.

We do not claim ownership of your prompts or customer content merely because they are processed through an AI feature.

Before publishing this policy, confirm and disclose whether any provider may retain customer prompts or use them to improve its models.

Customer content remaining on a connected WordPress website may continue to exist on that website after the ImprintSEO account is closed. Customers are responsible for managing content stored on their own websites.

These measures may include:

No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your account password, connected-site credentials, devices, and authentication methods. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or connected website has been compromised.

ImprintSEO and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Before requesting deletion, you should export any information you want to retain. Deletion of your ImprintSEO account may not remove content already published on connected WordPress websites.

We may retain limited information after deletion where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.
