What counts as a "site" on my plan? +

One connected WordPress install, regardless of how many articles it publishes within your plan's monthly limit. Staging copies and dev environments you don't publish from don't count: only sites ImprintSEO is actively publishing to.

What happens if I have more sites than my plan allows? +

Upgrade anytime, prorated. If you're at 12 sites you'll want the Agency plan. If you're at 50+ sites, contact us for portfolio pricing. Most large operators end up at roughly $10–12 per site per month all-in.

Can I change plans later? +

Yes, anytime, in either direction. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated for the current billing cycle: no penalty, no waiting for a renewal date.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard in one click, no calls, no retention emails. Your data exports cleanly to CSV if you ever want to leave.
